The Center’s education effort addresses the changing needs of practicing physicians and allied healthcare professionals, medical school students, and the general public.

We offer Reiki (all levels) certification, Alexander Technique classes, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Healthy Brain Programs, Insomnia Group Wellness and Chronic Pain and Illness Support groups for the public.
