MBSR Introductory Class and Orientation
Sunday, March 25, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, GWU Campus, Washington, DC
Thursday, April 5, 7 pm to 9 pm, Takoma Park, MD
This two-hour class gives you an experiential introduction to MBSR and the opportunity to ask questions before starting the 8-week program. It is also offers the opportunity to sample the course prior to registering.
The class is free and recommended for those registered for Spring MBSR. It is $20 at the door for those sampling the course. (Bring cash or check payable to Grace Productions LLC.)

8 Tuesday Mornings and 1 Saturday Daylong Retreat
April 17, 24; May 1, 8, 15, 22; June 5, 12
Classes run from 10 am to 12:30 pm – except Classes 1 & 8 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Retreat Day is offered May 26 or June 2 (your choice) – from 9 am to 5 pm
Class size: 10-14 (Subject to 8-participant minimum.)
Cost, Materials and Schedule Changes
10% discount for two or more family members and for GWU employees, students. If the cost is prohibitive, please contact the teacher, email@example.com.
In addition to classes and a retreat day, course materials include an activity booklet and online digital recordings in support of your 45-minute daily home practice. Course material is the same on Sunday afternoons and Tuesday mornings each week. So if you are registered for Sunday classes and must miss one, you may attend that week’sTuesday morning class and vice versa.
