Certified Hypnotherapist and Transformational Health Coach
Tatiana Rosten is the Executive Director of the GW Center for Integrative Medicine. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Center, making marketing, business, and financial decisions. She plans and manages work in liaison with the Board of Directors.
Tatiana also works as a Certified Hypnotherapist and Transformational Health Coach. She is a member of the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH).
Tatiana earned her B.S. degree in Economics in 1997, and is in the process of completing her Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University. Prior to joining GW CIM, Tatiana worked for non-profit educational programs, a USAID international development program, ran her own retail business, and managed a holistic fertility center. Every step of her professional journey helped her learn different skills and discover her passion for serving and supporting people on their healing journeys.
Tatiana’s personal health struggle changed her life in many ways. When she was first diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, she tried a conventional treatment program but developed severe side effects that sent her to the emergency room. Out of desperation, Tatiana considered alternative treatments, such as acupuncture, massage, naturopathy, and hypnosis. On her road to healing she discovered a passion for Integrative Medicine, in which she found the combination of the wisdom of both worlds: ancient healing traditions and conventional medicine’s knowledge and research.
Tatiana is excited and grateful to work with a team of amazing professionals who combine their passion and knowledge to create the best healing environment for patients. Their work inspires Tatiana to open her own “limitation box” and seek a better and healthier life for herself. Close collaboration of doctors, coaches and hands-on practitioners helps to integrate body, mind and spirit healing in a very unique way.
As a Transformational Health Coach, Tatiana works closely with medical practitioners to support patients in their healing. She helps them clarify health goals, implement and sustain behaviors, lifestyle changes, and attitudes that are conducive to optimal health. Her work also guides patients in their personal care and health-maintenance activities, and assists in reducing the negative impacts of chronic conditions.
As a hypnotherapist, Tatiana uses hypnosis to help her patients release harmful thought patterns that affect their health and happiness. Hypnotherapy is a very helpful tool in addressing many different problems, such as weight loss, addiction control, stress management, and others.
Tatiana is available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2 pm to 6 pm.
